石灰石浆液颗粒粒径分布检测方法

摘要 火电厂排放的二氧化硫是中国大气的主要污染物之一,很多电厂使用石灰石——石膏湿法进行烟气脱硫。为了取得良好的脱硫效果,石灰石浆液颗粒粒径需保持在一个合理的范围。针对电厂现行筛分检测法费时费力的不足,提出一种基于夫琅禾费衍射的激光颗粒检测方法。激光穿透检测样品获得衍射图像,对衍射图像进行去噪滤波后得到光强信息,对Phillips-Twomey算法进行改进使得粒径反演计算结果更加准确。实验结果与电厂检测结果误差保持在1%左右。这表明该检测方法在电厂石灰石浆液颗粒粒径检测中具有很好的可行性。 Sulfur dioxide emitted by thermal power plants is one of the main pollutants in China's atmosphere. Many power plants use limestone-gypsum wet method for flue gas desulfurization. In order to achieve good desulfurization effect, the particle size of limestone slurry needs to be maintained with a reasonable range. Aiming at the lack of time and effort of the current screening test method in power plant, a laser particle detection method based on Fraunhofer diffraction is proposed. The laser penetrating detection sample obtains the diffraction image, and the diffraction image is denoised and filtered to obtain the light intensity information. The Phillips-Twomey algorithm is improved to make the particle size inversion calculation result more accurate. The error between the experimental results and the test results of the power plant is kept at around 1%. This indicates that the detection method is very feasible in the particle size detection of limestone slurry in power plants.
