摘要
以上海盛泰克和中科博微的压力表为例,详细解析了厂家附带的上位机软件与压力表头之间的HART协议交换过程,从通用命令、常用命令和专有命令3方面介绍了压力表实时数值读取、标定校准、电流标定、量程设置、量程迁移等操作过程。通过HART协议读写操作,可以实现压力送检设备的自动化计量,有益于提高压力仪表检定/校准的工作效率以及操作准确度,简化了计量工作流程,降低了工作强度。
