摘要 某核电厂采用全数字化控制系统,仪控系统采用了第三代核电的全数字化DCS系统。DCS系统的应用对机组的可靠性与安全性带来巨大的提升,也引入了新的问题。主要介绍质量位在DCS系统中的应用和质量位设计存在的一些问题,并根据存在的问题提出了改进方案,提升了DCS系统可靠性。 Digital control system is adopted in a nuclear power plant, and digital DCS system of the third generation nuclear power plant is adopted in the instrument and control system. The implement of DCS system has brought tremendous improvement to the reliability and safety of units, and also lead to new problems. This paper mainly introduces the application of signal quality in DCS system and some problems in design of signal quality. According to these problems, some improvement schemes are put forward to improve the reliability of DCS system.
