摘要
基于工业自动化R 型销批量装配过程中存在的三种工况,研发一套自动化设备。其采用气缸作动力源,内外两套含直线轴承与导柱的弹簧浮动机构,分别连接两个接近传感器。通过两组信号的开关量组合,可分别对三种工况完成判定。
In this paper, a set of automation mechanism is developed based on three working conditions in the process of R-pin batch assembly of industrial automation.The cylinder is used as power source, and two sets of spring floating mechanism with linear bearing and guide pillar are connected with two proximity sensors.Through the combination of two sets of signal switching quantities, three working conditions can be judged separately.
