社会排斥的神经机制:基于fMRI研究的元分析 被引量:1

Neural Mechanisms of Social Exclusion: Evidences from A Meta-Analysis on fMRI Studies

摘要 目的:探究个体受到社会排斥主要激活的脑区和其神经机制。方法:在PubMed、ScienceDirect数据库中对社会排斥相关fMRI研究进行检索,符合要求文献共42篇,采用激活似然估计方法,针对全部研究、掷球范式和亲身经历社会排斥三种条件进行元分析。结果:腹侧前扣带回在不同条件下元分析中表现出跨范式的激活稳定性;腹侧前扣带回、背侧前扣带回、后扣带回在掷球范式下出现激活;除以上脑区外,亲身经历社会排斥时脑岛、额下回也出现激活。结论:腹侧和背侧前扣带回、后扣带回、脑岛和额下回在社会排斥的神经机制中可能起着重要作用,未来研究应进一步探究激活的脑区在社会排斥神经机制中如何运作,针对个体差异进行研究。 Objective: To identify brain regions associated with social exclusion and to investigate the neural mechanisms of social exclusion. Methods: 42 fMRI literatures about social exclusion were retrieved from the PubMed and ScienceDirect database and all three conditions of research, All Paradigm, Cyberball and Experience Exclusion were meta-analyzed by activated likelihood estimation. Results: The ventral anterior cingulate gyrus showed activation across paradigms in the meta-analysis under different conditions. The ventral anterior cingulate, dorsal anterior cingulate and posterior cingulate were activated under the Cyberball. In addition to the above brain regions, the insula and inferior frontal gyrus are also activated when experiencing social exclusion. Conclusion: These brain regions play an important role in the neural mechanisms of social exclusion. In the future, studies should further explore how activated brain regions operate in the social exclusion neural mechanism and investigate individual differences.
