摘要 以投资建设运营电网为核心业务的电力企业,持续推进信息化发展,以信息化推进企业现代化,信息化走在了央企前列。公司网络大学作为企业网络学习与考试平台,如何为公司全口径163万在册职工提供更优质、更高效的网络大学应用服务,成为突出要解决的问题。通过网络大学智能云客服体系研究,优化网络大学运维服务体系,不断提升网络大学服务员工岗位学习的能力,更好满足全员培训需求、适应公司发展需要。 Since"the Eleventh Five-Year Plan",as a power enterprise with the core business of investing in construction and operation of power grid,State Grid Company has continuously promoted the development of information technology,advanced enterprise modernization and informationization,and has been in the forefront of central enterprises.The company’s network university is a enterprise network learning and examination platform,how to provide a better and more efficient application services for the company's 1.63 million registered employees has become a prominent problem to be solved.Through the network university intelligent cloud customer service system research,this article optimizes the operation and maintenance service system of the network university,and constantly improves the ability of network university to serve the employees'post study,so as to better satisfies the training needs of the whole staff and meet the needs of the company's development.
