摘要
随着国内节能减排降耗的深度开展,越来越多新建二次再热机组陆续投运,在这些机组的DEH系统调试中出现了一些与常规调试不同的问题和现象。特别是DEH控制方面,这些问题需要现场调试人员仔细分析研讨并做出合适的调整以满足机组的正常运行。针对二次再热机组所遇到的问题及处理方法,以及达成的效果作详细的阐述,包括汽轮机调门卡涩的暂时处理策略,超高压缸和高压缸反复切缸的原因分析及改进后的应用效果等。经过对DEH控制逻辑调整调试后达到安全生产的要求,提出改进建议。
With the development of energy-saving,emission reduction and consumption reduction in domestic,more and more new secondary reheating units have been put into operation,and some problems and phenomena different from the conventional debugging have appeared in the DEH system debugging of these units.In particular in the DEH control,these problems need to be carefully analyzed and discussed by on-site debuggers and make appropriate adjustments to meet the normal operation of the unit.For this reason,the author elaborates in details the problems and treatment methods of the secondary reheating unit,as well as the effect achieved,including the temporary treatment strategy of the steam turbine door jamming,the cause analysis of the repeated transferring casing of the ultra superhigh pressure cylinder and the high pressure cylinder,and the application effect after improvement.After adjusting and debugging the DEH control logic to meet the requirements of safe production,this paper puts forward suggestions for improvement to provide reference and help for similar units.
