“一带一路”倡议下高职电厂热能动力装置专业的发展

Development of Power Plant Thermal and Power Device Major of Higher Vocational Education Under the "the Belt and Road Initiative"

目前国内高职电厂热能动力装置专业面临招生和就业两难的窘境,而国家“一带一路”倡议需要大量电力人才。积极响应国家号召,尽快摆脱专业生存困境;同时,从深化校企合作、优化留学生人才培养方案、鼓励中国学生“走出去”、教师队伍国际化等方面大力开展高职热能专业的国际化合作,谋求更好的发展。

At present,the power plant thermal and power dvice major specialty in the higher vocational education in domestic faces with the dilemma of enrollment and employment,while the national"the Belt and Road Initiative"needs a large number of electric talents.This paper puts forward that we should actively respond to the call of the state and get rid of the survival dilemma for the specialty as soon as possible.At the same time,we should vigorously carry out the international cooperation of the major specialty from the aspects of deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,optimizing the talent training program for foreign students,encouraging Chinese students to"go out from China",internationalization of teachers and so on in order to achieve better development.
