0.1%聚维酮碘联合氧氟沙星凝胶治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效评价

Clinical effect of 0.1% povidone-iodine combined with ofloxacin gel on chronic dacryocystitis

目的评价0.1%聚维酮碘溶液冲洗联合氧氟沙星凝胶填充治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法前瞻性随机对照研究。将82例(96只眼)慢性泪囊炎患者随机分为3组:A组(26只眼)庆大霉素溶液冲洗泪道并行泪道探通术;B组(35只眼)0.1%聚维酮碘溶液冲洗泪囊后行泪道探通术;C组(35只眼)0.1%的聚维酮碘溶液冲洗泪囊后行泪道探通术,再将氧氟沙星凝胶填充在泪囊内。随访至少6个月,计算3组的治愈率、好转率和有效率。结果所有患者平均随访(12.4±3.3)个月,A组有效率为57.70%,B组有效率为77.71%,C组有效率为88.60%,各组间差异有显著性意义(P=0.014)。结论 0.1%聚维酮以碘溶液联合氧氟沙星凝胶治疗慢性泪囊炎,操作简单、疗效确切,能有效的治疗慢性泪囊炎。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of 0.1% povidone-iodine solution combined with ofloxacin gel for chronic dacryocystitis.Methods This is a prospective randomized controlled trial. 82 patients(96 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis were enrolled and randomly divided into three groups to receive different interventions. Group A(26 eyes): lacrimal passage irrigation with gentamicin solution and subsequent lacrimal passage probing. Group B(35 eyes): lacrimal passage irrigation with 0.1% povidonei-iodine solution with subsequent lacrimal passage probing. Group C(35 eyes): lacrimal passage irrigation with 0.1% povidone iodine solution with subsequent lacrimal passage probing and ofloxacin gel filling. All patients were followed up for more than 6 months.Results The mean follow?up for all patients was 12.4±3.3 months, and the clinical effective rates of patients in Group A, Group B and Group C were 57.70%, 77.71% and 88.60%, respectively with a significant inter-group difference(P=0.014).Conclusions 0.1% povidone iodine combined with ofloxacin gel is able to treat chronic dacryocystitis in a simple and safe way.
