摘要
概述了聚丙烯阻燃剂的作用机理,介绍了水合金属化合物、磷系阻燃剂、膨胀型阻燃剂等在聚丙烯(PP)阻燃应用中的研究进展。采用表面改性及微细化等措施对水合金属化合物和磷系阻燃剂进行改性,可以克服常规无机阻燃剂添加量大、对制品加工性能和物理性能有较大影响的不足。膨胀型阻燃剂、复合阻燃剂、多功能阻燃协效剂都是今后值得关注的方向。
This paper briefly introduces the working mechanism of flame retardants in the PP-flame retardant system,and the research advances in the application of hydroalloys,phosphorus and intumescent flame retardants.Surface modification and micronizing treatment are adopted to enhance the behaviors of hydroalloys and phosphorus retardants to overcome the shortcomings such as a large amount of inorganic flame retardants,negative impacts on the processing and physical properties of products.It is also pointed out that phosphorus and compound flame retardants or multifunctional flame retardant synergist will be the promising research fields.
