金属表面无铬转化膜研究进展

Research Progress of Chromium-free Conversion Coatings on Metal Surface Treatment

介绍了无机盐类转化膜、稀土类转化膜、植酸转化膜等多种无铬、环境友好型转化膜,及其在金属表面处理中的应用。分析了转化膜存在裂纹的原因,并分别介绍了用磷酸二氢盐进行后处理、溶胶-凝胶密封、转化膜复合三种提高转化膜耐蚀性和致密度的后处理技术。

This paper introduces such types of chromium-free conversion coatings as inorganic salt,rare earth,phytic acid,and their application in the metal surface treatment.And the reasons for cracks in the coatings were explained as well as three post-treatment technologies of corrosion resistance and density including post-treatment of dihydrogen phosphate,sol–gel seal,and conversion membrane composite.
