甘油醛-肝素抗凝全血用于便携式血糖仪比对试验质控物的结果稳定性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的用甘油醛-肝素抗凝全血制做成便携式血糖仪比对试验质控物,并研究其血糖浓度的稳定性。方法采集肝素抗凝全血,用5%的葡萄糖溶液和甘油醛分别调配成不同葡萄糖浓度水平全血,用生化仪和血糖仪检测各种浓度水平血糖结果变化情况。结果甘油醛为10mmol/L且4℃保存的标本血糖浓度稳定5d(P>0.05)。结论甘油醛终浓度为10mmol/L的肝素抗凝血在2℃~8℃保存5d,其血糖浓度无显著性变化,基质效应小,可以用作不同种类便携式血糖仪比对试验的质控物。
