Type3国际紧急医学救援队(EMT)配电系统设计要点分析——以EMT(四川)为例 被引量:2

摘要 目的为适应越来越多的国际救援任务,提高救援的快速反应能力和远程航空投送能力,紧急医学救援队(emergency medical team,EMT)须有足够的自我保障能力来确保救援工作的顺利开展和队员生活所需,包括水、电、食品等。方法以EMT(四川)为例,通过总结EMT(四川)配电系统设计经验,立足Type3国际紧急医学救援队,就救援队的配电系统设计要点进行了分析。结果科学地分析出了Type3国际紧急医学救援队配电系统负荷测算、电源选择与配置、负荷分配方案、照明灯具的选择、线路敷设方案与路径选择、安全用电方案和应急措施等各个环节的设计要点。结论有效提升了Type3国际紧急医学救援队的供电安全性和可靠性。 Objective In order to adapt to more and more international rescue missions, improve the rapid response capability of rescue and long-distance air delivery capabilities, the emergency medical team (EMT) must have sufficient self-protection ability to ensure the smooth development of rescue work and the needs of the members, including water, electricity, food, etc.Method This article takes EMT (Sichuan) as an example, summing up the experience of EMT(Sichuan) power distribution system design, based on the Type3 International EMT, and analyzes the design points of the rescue team7s power distribution system. Results scientifically analyzes the design points of the distribution system load calculation, power supply selection and configuration, load distribution scheme, lighting fixture selection, line laying scheme and route selection, safe power supply scheme and emergency measures of the Type 3 International EMT. Conclusions The power supply security and reliability of Type3 international EMT have been effectively enhanced.
