摘要
在汽车行驶状态转向节承受频繁变化的冲击载荷,直接关系到汽车的安全性能。试制了一种新铝合金转向节,测试了其组织、力学性能,并对制备的样件进行了台架试验和整车道路搭载试验,测试其各种使用性能。将其与现有铝合金转向节、铸铁转向节的性能进行了对比,表明新铝合金转向节的各项性能优于现有铝合金和铸铁转向节的性能,而且质量更轻。
In the running state of a car, the steering knuckle bears the impact load with frequent changes, which is directly related to the safety performance of the car. A new kind of aluminum alloy knuckle is manufactured and its microstructure and mechanical properties are tested. The bench test and vehicle loading test are carried out on the prepared sample to test its usability. Compared with the existing aluminum alloy knuckle and cast iron knuckle, the new aluminum alloy knuckle has better performance and lighter weight.
