摘要
新时期高职院校师生冲突调适存在思想认识、功能认知、主观态度、方法策略与机制创新等方面问题。这些问题归因于高职长期固守传统观念与认知,冲突调适责任意识不强,缺乏冲突调适组织管理,以及制度机制创新滞后等。针对存在的问题,高职院校应采取策略措施:提高认识,强化责任意识;追根溯源,找准问题关键;科学调适,提升调适效能;创新机制,和谐师生关系。
In the new era, the adjustment of classroom conflicts between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges has problems such as ideological understanding, functional cognition, subjective attitude, method strategy and mechanism innovation. The existence of these problems is attributed to the long-term adherence to traditional concepts and awareness, the lack of awareness of conflict-adjusted responsibility, the lack of conflict-adjusted organizational management, and the lag in institutional innovation. In view of existing problems, higher vocational colleges should adopt the following strategies: raise awareness, strengthen responsibility awareness;trace the root cause, identify the key issues;scientific adjustment, improve adjustment efficiency;innovation mechanism, harmonious teacher-student relationship.
