论高职院校“教师思政”工作的思路

Thoughts on “Teacher Ideologiacl Politics” in Vocational Colleges

基于湖北省“五个思政”的改革创新,结合高职院校实际,提出了加强教师思政修养,统一教师价值认同,开发教师思政课程,关心教师成长发展四点思路,为高校思政工作的改革提供借鉴。

This paper is based on the reform and innovation of Hubei Province “five ideological politics”,Focusing on the work of “teacher ideological politics”,Put forward four working ideas such as “strengthening teachers’ ideological and political education”“Implementing theoretical study and unifying teacher value identification”“developing teachers’ideological and political courses”“caring about the growth and development of teachers”,which provide reference for the reform of ideological and political work in vocational colleges.
