摘要 身高和骨密度分别是体质和骨健康的重要评价指标。调查发现,小学生体质和骨健康呈连年下降趋势,导致小学生身体素质下降、骨折高发。研究证实,运动可显著改善小学生体质和骨健康。但不同方式运动因其力学刺激方式、运动强度等的不同对小学生体质和骨健康造成的影响亦存在较大差异。研究证实,跳跃类运动对于小学生长身高和提高骨健康具有重要作用。但国内外构建促小学生身高和骨健康增加的跳跃运动设计与实施相关研究较少,本研究通过对国内外有关促小学生长身高和增加骨密度的相关研究进行分析研究,构建和设计促进小学生身高和骨健康的相关跳跃类运动。为改善小学生体质和骨健康提供一定的理论基础和最佳的运动方案。 Height and bone density act as important evaluation indexes of physical health and bone health separately. Survey finds that primary school students’ physical health is declining year after year,which causes their fitness decline and high risks of fracture. Studies have shown that exercise can significantly improve the physical and bone health of pupils. However,the effect of different ways of exercise on the physical health and bone health of pupils varies greatly due to their mechanical stimuli,exercise intensity and so on. Studies have also shown that jumping plays an important role in primary height and bone health. However,there are still very few researches on the promotion through the design and implementation on jumping at home and abroad. This study summarizes related studies and designs on the promotion,and constructs related jumping exercises. The aim is to provide theoretical basis and exercise approaches for improving the physical health of students.
