促进大学生课外体育参与的课堂教学研究

摘要 传统的大学体育课沿用了中学体育课的模式,学生对体育课的认知局限在掌握运动技术准备考试上,这在很大程度上决定了大学生课外体育锻炼的积极主动性。运用教学实验、问卷调查及访谈法等对大学体育课的有效开展进行研究,结果表明,让学生在课堂上接触更多的体育项目,同时给予学生充分的自由发挥空间,有利于学生体育认知度的改善,并积极主动的参与体育锻炼。最后提出大学体育课应以让学生更多的了解与认识体育项目为准,以自主学习为主的教学理念。 The traditional college physical education curriculum follows the mode of middle school physical education. The students’ cognition of physical education is limited to master the sports technical preparation exam,which largely determines the initiative of college students’ extracurricular physical exercise. This paper uses teaching experiments,questionnaires and interviews methods to conduct an effective study of college physical education. Results show that allowing students to experience more sports in the classroom,while giving them full freedom,is conducive to students’ sports cognition,and take the initiative to participate in physical exercise.Finally,it is suggested that university physical education should be based on the teaching philosophy that students should learn and recognize sports more with the concept of self-learning.
