摘要
充沛的体能、强健的体魄是参与足球运动的重要条件。对于足球运动的技术、战术、体能、心理方面等的训练,在这其中,体能是技术、战术训练的基础[2]。足球运动员在正常比赛过程中,有球时多数的跑动是无氧运动,需要更加高水平的身体素质,强劲的肌肉持久力,才得以在比赛坚持,足球运动员的身体素质的发展也是奠定自身的发展趋势,决定身份地位和比赛位置,出色的身体素质和很好的体能也是一名优秀足球运动员的基本标准。
Adequate and strong physical strength is an important condition for participating in football. Physical fitness is the foundation of all technical,tactical,physical and psychological training[2]. Most drilling running is anaerobic movements,which calls for higher level of physical quality,and stronger muscle endurance to complete the game. Physical fitness is also the foundation of self-development,deciding status and position in game.Meanwhile,good body fitness is also a basic demand for elite football players.
