提高大学生网球初学者击球稳定性的教学手段研究 被引量:2

摘要 网球运动虽然对学习者的身体条件没有特殊的要求,但是网球是一项比较难掌握的运动,要娴熟地掌握网球基础技能对于初学者来说需要一段时间的训练及正确的教学方法。在教学实践中发现,很多大学生在初学阶段特别是在大班教学的课堂上因为教学手段不合理,加上场地、课时的等限制因素,在学习一段时间后,可能因击球不稳定,影响到网球学习的积极性。因此,本文在对网球击球稳定性内涵、评价方式及影响因素进行分析的基础上,结合自身的实践经历,对提高大学生网球初学者击球稳定性的教学手段进行探析,提出多球训练教学法、表象训练教学法、合作-竞争教学法、组合教学法等教学手段,对上述四种教学手段在大学生网球初学者教学中应用进行了分析,为高校网球教师在网球课堂教学中进一步提高教学效果及帮助大学生网球初学者更快掌握网球基础技能提供参考和借鉴,同时进一步丰富高校网球教学理论。 Although tennis has no special requirements for learners’ physical conditions,tennis is a relatively difficult sport to master. It takes a period of training and correct teaching methods for beginners to master the basic skills of tennis skillfully. In teaching practice,it is found that many college students in the initial stage of learning,especially in the large class teaching,because of unreasonable teaching methods,coupled with venues,class hours and other constraints,after a period of study,may be unstable because of batting,affecting the enthusiasm of tennis learning. Therefore,on the basis of the analysis of the connotation,evaluation methods and influencing factors of tennis batting stability,combined with their own practical experience,this paper explores the teaching methods to improve the batting stability of college tennis beginners,and puts forward the teaching methods of multi-ball training,image training,cooperation-competition teaching and combination teaching.The application of the above 4 methods are analyzed,which provides references for college tennis teachers to further improve the teaching effect and help college tennis beginners grasp the basic skills of tennis faster,and at the same time,further enrich the teaching theory of college tennis.
