摘要
当前,我国高职院校篮球运动的发展不尽人意,篮球运动员运动技能、运动水平较差。提高高职院校篮球运动员安的身体协调性,对于预防运动损伤,提升他们的篮球技能水平有显著作用,也将对高职院校篮球运动的成长和发展起到积极作用。高职阶段的篮球运动员处于身体协调性的绝佳阶段,体育教师在日常体能、技能训练中应强化运动员身体协调性训练,通过一些针对性和多样化的训练手段,提高他们身体协调性,为他们各项身体素质的提升、技能水平的提升创造条件,从而打造高水平的高职篮球队。
At present,the development of basketball in higher vocational colleges in China is unsatisfactory,and the players’ sports skills and level are poor. Improving the physical coordination of basketball players in higher vocational colleges will play a significant role in preventing sports injuries and improving their basketball skills. It will also play a positive role in the growth and development of basketball. Players in higher vocational level are in the excellent stage of physical coordination. Physical education teachers should strengthen the physical coordination training of players in daily physical fitness and skill training. Through some pertinent and diversified training methods,their physical coordination could be improved,and create conditions for their physical fitness and skill level created,so as to create high-level basketball in higher vocational level.
