Overlooking Tokyo from Jakarta——A possibly New Pattern in Asian Athletics

通过文献综述法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,对2018年雅加达亚运会田径项目比赛成绩进行分析,为备战2019年多哈田径世锦赛和2020年东京奥运会提供参考。结论:总的来看,中国田径队在本届亚运会的表现可圈可点,整体实力依旧高于亚洲其他国家。但不得不承认,随着日本的进步、巴林的崛起以及印度的恢复,亚洲田径格局正在悄然改变。在此背景下,中国队还需继续提升整体实力,方能在新环境中保持竞争力与统治力。

Through the methods of literature review,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,etc.,the results of track and field events of the Asian Games in Jakarta in 2018 are analyzed to provide reference for preparing for the 2019 Doha World Athletics Championships and the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. Conclusion: Generally speaking,the performance of Chinese team in this Asian Games is impressive,and the overall performance is still higher than other Asian countries(regions).However,it has to be admitted that Asia’s track and field landscape is quietly changingwith Japan’s progress,Bahrain’s rise and India’s recovery. In this context,Chinese team still needs to continue to enhance its overall strength in order to maintain competitiveness and dominance in the new environment.
