益阳市校园足球特色学校建设现状与发展对策研究——以梓山湖学校为例

Study on Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Campus Football Characteristic School in Yiyang City——Take Zishan Lake School as An Example

为探索校园足球特色学校建设基本规律,以益阳市校园足球特色学校为个案,对2017年益阳市赫山区部分校园足球特色学校评价手段展开深入调查研究。运用文献资料法、实地考察法、个案研究等方法,对益阳市赫山区校园足球特色学校的组织领导、保障措施、教育教学、训练竞赛建设情况进行了调查分析。研究认为:加强对校园足球领导人员的监管,培育更多的懂得足球管理和规划的人员;加强制度建设,可以从学校监督体系和全国特色学校考核评价体系方面入手;加强正规培训的渠道,鼓励体育教师参与足球知识培训;深化体育教师体制改革,扩宽足球专项的老师进入校园;应多渠道进行校园足球资金的筹集,优化学校经费预算,吸引社会企业参与体育设备投资和捐赠;加强对全校教师的体育知识培训,调动其积极性,使他们正确认识体育课,尤其是校园足球课的重要性;加强校园足球文化的培育,校园足球文化应与我国优秀的传统文化联系在一起建设;加强对于足球队训练方法和理念的更新,聘请教授专家进行指导讲学。

To explore the basic principles of campus football characteristic schools construction,this paper makes case study through investigating the evaluation approaches of some football characteristic schools in Heshan District of Yiyang City. It analyses the organization and leadership,guarantee methods,education,as well as training and competition of the schools through research methods of literature,field survey and case study. The following conclusions are made: strengthening supervision on campus football leaders,and cultivating more qualified managers;enhancing constitutional construction,which could start from school supervision system and national characteristic school evaluation system;broadening formal training approaches and encouraging more teachers to participate in football training;deepening the reform on teachers system to introduce more teachers with football background;calculating fund in various ways,optimizing school budget,and attracting more fund from social enterprises donation;carrying out sport knowledge training for all teachers for them to realize the importance of sport and especially campus football;cultivating campus football culture and connecting football with Chinese traditional culture;as well as inviting professional experts to guide training and update training ideas.
