摘要
运用运动生物力学实验方法,在坡度为4、跑步速度分别为4m/s、5m/s、6. 5m/s的跑步机上进行健身跑运动试验,对受试者的踝、膝、髋关节角度以及重心等参数进行研究分析。研究结果表明:跑步速度为4m/s,右脚踝关节运动角度一直远远大于左脚踝关节;左右膝关节角度折线变化都非常明显;左右髋关节角度折线变化都有一定的变化但不明显;重心运动长度变化幅度相对较大。跑步速度为5m/s,左右踝关节运动角度的变化幅度相对较小;左膝关节运动角度变化相对较小,右膝关节角度幅度变化幅度较大;左髋关节运动角度远远大于右髋关节角度;重心运动长度变化与4m/s相比变化幅度减小。跑步速度为6m/s,左右踝关节运动角度的变化幅度相对较小;左右膝关节运动角度变化幅度差距不大;左右髋关节的角度都有一定的变化幅度但不明显;重心运动长度变化幅度趋于稳定。
Using the method of exercise biomechanics,the fitness running test was carried out on a treadmill with a slope of 4 m/s and a running speed of 5 m/s or 6. 5 m/s,respectively. The ankle,knee,hip joint angle and center of gravity of the subjects were studied and analyzed. The results show that the running speed of 4 m/s,the motion angle of the right ankle joint is much larger than that of the left ankle joint,the angle of the left and right knee joint is obviously changed,the angle of the left and right hip joint has some changes,but the change of the angle of the left and right hip joint is not obvious. The variation of the length of gravity center motion is relatively large. Running at a speed of 5 m/s,changes in the angle of motion of the left and right ankle joints,and the range of motion angle of left knee joint is relatively small,that of right knee joint is relatively small,that of left hip joint is much larger than that of right hip joint,and that of the length of center of gravity is smaller than that of 4 m/s. Under the running speed of 6 m/s,the range of motion angle of left and right ankle joint is relatively small,the range of motion angle of right and left knee joint is small,the angle of left and right hip joint has certain change range but is not obvious. The variation of the length of gravity center motion tends to be stable.
