针对公司某系列船舵叶在脱胎后码脚批补磨等作业中存在的不足,设计制作了一种舵叶托架,方便快捷地进行火工、密性、冲砂、涂装、转运、船台安装等作业,有效提高了工效及现场管理水平。

In view of the deficiencies in the carbon gouging, repair welding and grinding process after the rudders out of the jig during the series of rudder blades manufacturing in our company, a kind of rudder blade pallet the is designed and produced to prevent the code feet from being generated several times, and facilitate the rapid implementation of tightness,firecalibration,blasting,painting,transportation,berth installation, which could effectively improve work efficiency and worksite management level.
