船舶分段建造周期较长,涉及的影响因素较多。本文通过分析分段建造的影响因素,利用造船生产管理系统(简称SPM系统),编制一份合理、准确的分段建造日程计划,对分段建造进度全面进行控制,有效地提高了分段建造计划编制和进度控制管理水平。

The construction period of ship block is relatively long and involves many influencing factors. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors in block construction and the use of the Shipbuilding production Management system (SPM system for short), a reasonable and accurate schedule of block construction is compiled, the progress of block construction can be effectively controlled and the level of block construction planning and progress control and management will be improved.
