关于散货船首尖舱防撞舱壁阀设置探讨

在某散货船设计建造过程中,设计人员与船检人员对要求散货船防撞舱壁上设置阀的相关规则和规范条款理解存在异议。本文结合该船案例,对SOLAS公约和CCS规范相关条款进行分析、研讨,提出了几个可行方案。

During the construction of a multi-purpose cargo ship, it was found that the design and arrangement of the valves on the forepeak collision bulkhead didn’t met the relevant rules and regulations. Based on the case of this ship, the relevant clauses of SOLAS convention and CCS specification are analyzed and discussed and several feasible schemes are proposed.
