华南某地区长输天然气管道建设初期调峰方案比选 被引量:1

Comparison and selection of the peak shaving schemes for long-distance gas transmission pipelines in the initial stage of construction in South China

摘要 在安全、经济的前提下,为了满足华南地区“西气东输”三线工程某长距离输气支干线用户的月调峰需求,根据管道设计初期的工程实践情况,充分参考国内输气管道建设经验,从调峰能力、建设投资、技术成熟度的角度全方位对比了输气管道末段储气调峰、LNG调峰和气田调峰等3种方案。比选结果表明:①输气管道末段储气调峰经济成本低,但管道末段储气能力较差,不能满足工程调峰需求;②LNG调峰从技术和设备能力来看能够满足需求,相关流程设备已实现国产化,但前期投资和运行成本较高,不具备经济性;③气田调峰方式会对气田开发带来负面影响,但其成本低且通过科学有效的调峰控制方案能够减少不利影响。综合比选后,结论认为:采用调峰能力强、经济性优、安全可靠的“气田调峰+管道末段储气调峰”作为管道建设的调峰方案能够满足管道天然气用户的调峰需求。 In order to satisfy the monthly peak shaving demand of the users of one certain long-distance gas transmis. sion branch of the third West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline in South China while safety and cost effectiveness are guaranteed, three schemes for the end section of gas transmission pipeline (i.e., gas storage peak shaving, LNG peak shaving and gasfield peak shaving) were compared all round from the aspects of peak shaving capacity, construc. tion investment and technological maturity. And the following results were obtained based on comparison and selec. tion. First, the gas storage peak shaving at the end section of pipeline is low in economic cost, but the gas storage capacity is weaker and cannot satisfy the demand of peak shaving. Second, the technologies and capacity of LNG peak shaving can satisfy the demand and the related process and equipment has been localized, but its early invest. ment and operating cost are higher and not economic. Third, the mode of gasfield peak shaving brings adverse im. pacts on the gasfield development, but their costs are low and the adverse impacts can be reduced by implementing the scientific and effective peak shaving control scheme. In conclusion, taking the"gasfield peak shaving + gas stor. age peak shaving at the end section of pipeline" which is advantageous with strong peak shaving capacity, superior economics, safety and reliability as the peak shaving scheme of pipeline construction can satisfy the demand of pipe. line gas users on peak shaving.
