摘要 基于后堡煤矿综采工作面跨采被整合矿废弃立井井筒的工程实践,探讨了在井筒马头门顶部采用锚网梁、锚索+弧形钢梁、井型钢梁、工字钢排梁密铺护顶及混凝土浇筑加强支护,形成主动支护与被动支护相耦合的抗破坏关键技术,该技术方案有效降低了井筒下部垂直方向上的拉伸和压缩变形以及井筒偏斜,解决了废弃井筒破碎井壁坍塌对工作面的冲击,即能保证综采工作面高效、安全、平稳跨过井筒,又能提高激活呆滞资源储量回收率,为类似条件跨采废弃立井及井筒加固支护提供技术支持及施工借鉴。 Based on the engineering practice of the integrated mine abandoned shaft in the fully mechanized coal mining face, the anchor net beam, the anchor cable, the curved steel beam, the well type steel beam, the steel beam of the I-steel, the concrete pouring and reinforced support are discussed on the top of the head door of the wellbore, so as to form the critical anti failure technique of the coupling of the active support and the passive support. The technique can effectively reduce the tensile and compression deformation and wellbore deflection in the vertical direction of the bottom of the wellbore, and solve the impact of the broken shaft wall collapse on the working face, that is, it can ensure the fully mechanized coal mining face to cross the shaft efficiently, safely and smoothly, and can also increase the recovery rate of the activated stagnant resource reserves, which is similar to the similar strip. Technical support and construction reference for the reinforcement and support of abandoned mining shaft and shaft lining.
