新型复合煤尘抑制剂的制备及特性 被引量:7

摘要 随着科学技术的发展,我国对煤炭的需求也不断提高,在堆存以及运输过程中不可避免的会产生大量粉尘,不仅污染环境还会威胁人体健康。以海藻酸钠为接枝基体,通过对海藻酸铵进行多重改性,以及在阴离子表面活性剂共同作用下,制备了新型环境友好型抑尘剂。通过对抑尘剂的相关性能进行研究发现,该抑尘剂性能优良、抑尘效果好。 With the development of science and technology, China′ s demand for coal has also been increasing. In the process of storage and transportation, it will inevitably produce a lot of dust, not only polluting the environment but also threatening human health. Sodium alginate was used as the grafting matrix. Through the multiple modification of ammonium alginate and the interaction of anionic surfactants, a new environment-friendly dust suppression agent was prepared. Through the study of the relevant properties of dust suppression agent, it was found that the dust suppression agent has excellent performance and good dust suppression effect.
