摘要
通过对露天煤矿卡车调度和采煤半连续工艺现状的研究,针对"电铲-卡车-半固定破碎站-带式输送机"采煤半连续工艺系统,深入分析卡车调度与破碎站相互影响造成的卡车排队与破碎站破碎效率低下的原因。为减少卡车运输消耗并充分发挥破碎站生产能力,将破碎站生产能力与料仓容量作为约束条件建立卡车调度数学模型。实现卡车与破碎站的最优匹配,保证系统经济高效运行。
Through the research on the current status of truck dispatching and semi-continuous coal mining in open pit mines, analyzes the interaction between truck dispatching and crushing stations for the semi-continuous coal mining process system of "electric shovel-truck-semi-fixed crushing stationbelt conveyor". The cause of the truck queuing and crushing station is inefficient. In order to reduce the truck transportation consumption and give full play to the production capacity of the crushing station, the mathematical model of truck scheduling is established by taking the crushing station production capacity and the silo capacity as constraints. The optimal match between the truck and the crushing station is realized to ensure the economical and efficient operation of the system.
