摘要 在总结煤矿生产中带式输送机输送带跑偏事故的基础上,从引起撒料、输送带损坏、运行阻力增加、停运事故和人身事故等方面入手,对比以往输送带纠偏力的分析方法,设计出一种双稳式液压升高自动纠偏装置,能够对跑偏的输送带进行及时、可靠的纠正,降低输送带的损耗,提高输送带工作的连续稳定性。 Based on the analysis of conveyor belt running deviation accidents in coal mine production,compare with the previous analysis method of conveyor belt correction force of the problems caused by scattering, conveyor belt damage, increased operating resistance, outage accidents and personal accidents. A bistable hydraulic automatic elevation correcting device is designed, which can timely and reliably correct the deviation of the conveyor belt, reduce the loss of the conveyor belt, and improve the continuous stability of the conveyor belt.
