摘要
设计采煤机负载敏感变量泵调高液压系统,建立负载敏感变量泵调高液压系统模型。通过使用AMESim软件对负载敏感变量泵调高液压系统进行建模分析,找出影响系统稳定性的参数,利用Bode图对系统进行稳定性判定,结果表明,该负载敏感变量泵调高液压系统在工作过程中,能够稳定地跟随负载变化为系统提供相应的流量。
Design shearer load-sensitive variable-displacement pump to raise the hydraulic system and establish a load-sensitive variable-displacement pump to raise the hydraulic system model. By using AMESim software to model the hydraulic system of the load-sensing variable-displacement pump and find out the parameters that affect the stability of the system, the stability of the system is judged by the Bode plot. The results show that the load-sensing variable pump hydraulic system is working high the process can be stable to follow the load changes for the system to provide the appropriate traffic.
