摘要
为保证液压支架的抗冲击性能,运用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS/Explicit显式求解器,对液压支架进行整架动态冲击分析,通过研究其冲击过程中的变形、应力、应变分布及变化情况来考察支架整架的刚度和抗冲击性能;动态载荷更能反映液压支架在井下的受力情况,动态冲击分析得到的结果对支架的设计较静载分析更具指导意义。
In order to ensure the impact resistance of hydraulic support, dynamic impact analysis of the whole frame of hydraulic support is carried out with the support of finite element analysis software ABAQUS/Explicit solver. The stiffness and impact resistance of the whole support are investigated by studying the distribution and changes of the deformation, stress and strain in the impact process. The dynamic load can better reflect the force status of the hydraulic support under the ground, thus, the result of the dynamic impact analysis gives better support than the static load analysis during the hydraulic roof support designing.
