摘要 针对煤矿变电站有线监控布线繁杂、成本高、维护和管理难度大等问题,在变电站内设计全覆盖的ZigBee监测网络。利用STM32F103设计主测量节点,在线监测温度、电流、电压和高压开关分合状态,通过矿用路由器的ZigBee组网和GPRS通信,远程转发主测量节点的监测数据。所设计的监控硬件易于安装和接线,方便调度室和供电工区远程规划煤矿用电负荷。 For solving the problems of wired monitoring complexity, high cost, difficulty in maintenance and management in mine substation, ZigBee monitoring network is fully covered in substations. Main measurement node has been designed with STM32 F103, and realized online monitoring of temperature,current, voltage, and high-voltage switch-disconnected state. Data monitored by main measurement node can be transmitted remotely through mining router in ZigBee and GPRS. The hardware is easy to install and connect, and it facilitates the remote scheduling of coal mine electricity load in the dispatch room and power supply area.
