摘要 近年来,平煤集团入洗原煤中高灰难选的丁戊组煤比例越来越高,导致浮选精煤灰分超标、重介精煤"背灰"现象日益严重。以平顶山天宏选煤有限公司一矿区高灰难选煤泥为对象,研究了该煤泥的表观形貌、粒度、密度特征,在分步释放试验的基础上,考察了搅拌速度、矿浆浓度、药剂用量对浮选精煤灰分的影响,并探讨了一粗一精浮选工艺的降灰效果。结果表明:与浮选机粗选+精选相比,浮选机粗选+浮选柱精选流程灰分降低0.29%的同时,产率提高3.71%。 In recent years, the proportion of Ding and Amyl group coals that are difficult to select for high-ash of raw coal in Pingdingshan coal group is getting higher and higher, leading to excessive ash content of concentrate and "back ash" of heavy-medium concentrate being increasingly serious. The objective of this study was to investigate the apparent morphology, grain size, and density characteristics of a high-ash, and difficult-to-select slime in the first mining area of Pingdingshan Tianhong coal preparation Co., Ltd., and to investigate the influence of mixing speed, pulp concentration and reagent dosage on the ash content of flotation concentrate on the basis of a step-by-step release test. Study the ash reduction efficient of a coarse and a fine flotation process. The results showed that compared with the flotation machine roughing +concentration, the ash of the flotation machine roughing +flotation column concentration process decreased by 0.29%, while the yield increased by 3.71%.
