提升我国煤化工行业安全生产的对策研究

Measures to Promote Safety Level in Coal Chemical Industry

根据我国煤化工行业安全形势,结合多伦煤化工企业安全生产情况,分析了煤化工行业事故频发的原因,并针对性地提出了对策。结果表明,行业发展、安全管理、专业人才、风险辨识、外委单位、培训演练和应急救援等方面的缺陷是煤化工行业事故多发的原因,抓好理念引领、技术提升、教育培训、风险辨识、系统优化、预案演练、能力建设和事故调查等是强化煤化工安全生产的重要措施。

According to the development situation of coal chemical industry and combining with the safety production situation of Duolun coal chemistry Co., Ltd., it analyzed the main causes of coal chemical accidents and put forwards measures for accident prevention. The results show that defects existing in industry development, safety management, professional, risk identification, commissioned units, emergency training and exercise, and rescue, are the main accident causes. Strengthening works well in 8 aspects(i.e. idea guide, technology promotion, education and training, risk identification,system optimize, emergency exercise, ability construction and accident survey) are the crucial measures to guarantee a safe coal chemical production.
