摘要
为进一步提升装备制造企业技术创新资源利用效率,需实时调整技术创新资源配置。结合技术创新资源投入与产出之间的动态时变、强非线性等特征,以装备企业新产品销售收入最大化为目标函数,以各项技术创新资源投入为约束条件,构建技术创新资源配置模型,并以H装备制造企业为例进行实证分析。结果表明,根据技术创新资源配置模型的最优解调整装备制造企业技术创新资源配置,能够增加企业技术创新成果产出。
In order to further increase the efficiency of resource utilization for technological innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises, it is necessary to adjust the allocation of technological innovation resources in real time. Combining the dynamic and time-varying characteristics and strong non-linearity between the input and output of technological innovation resources, taking the maximization of sales revenue of new products of equipment enterprises as the objective function, and constraining the input of various technological innovation resources, the construction of technological innovation resource allocation. The model is based on an empirical analysis of an H equipment manufacturing company. The results show that adjusting the allocation of technological innovation resources of equipment manufacturing enterprises according to the optimal solution of the resource allocation model of technological innovation can increase the output of the technological innovation of the enterprise.
