不同集料与橡胶沥青水稳定性能综合研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用水煮法、水浸法和AASHTOT182法对不同集料与橡胶沥青的黏附性进行评价,并通过浸水马歇尔、冻融劈裂、AASHTO T283以及法国多列士方法评估橡胶沥青混合料的水稳定性能。试验结果表明:采用水浸法测定评价橡胶沥青与集料黏附性的区分度高;橡胶沥青与片麻岩和花岗岩的黏附性等级偏低,不宜同时应用于高速公路或一级公路上面层;T283和法国多列士试验方法变异性小,且更能够模拟工程实际情况,对水损害性能的评价更具有工程意义;对同一种集料,橡胶沥青混合料水稳定性能整体上高于SBS改性沥青混合料,适合应用于多雨地区。 The viscosity of different aggregate and rubber asphalt was evaluated by boiling,flooding and AASHTO T182.The water stability of rubber asphalt mixtures was evaluated by immersing Marshall test,frozen-thaw cycle test,AASHTO T283 and Duriez test.The results show that flooding is the best method on the determination of rubber asphalt and aggregate viscosity,rubber bitumen has a low viscosity property to gneiss and granite,and it is not suitable to be applied to the upper layer of high-class highway at the same time.The method of T283 and Duriez test is less variable,the simulation of the actual situation of engineering is better,and the judgment to water stability is more meaningful.Based on the same aggregate,the water stability of rubber asphalt is better than the SBS modified asphalt mixtures.Rubber asphalt is suitable to be used in the rain area.
