东莞市零星废水处理调查与对策研究

Investigation on scattered wastewater treatment in Dongguan City and countermeasure research

东莞市为了解决大量小微型企业产生的零星废水,建设了4家零散废水集中处理设施,并要求涉零星废水处理和零排放企业严格实施零星废水转移和集中处理。本文对东莞市的涉零星废水企业和4家零星废水集中处理站进行了深入调查,分析了东莞市零星废水转移处置过程存在的问题,提出了针对性的管理措施,以有效解决东莞市零星废水的转移处置问题。

In order to treat the scattered wastewater, produced by a large number of small and micro enterprises in Dongguan, four centralized treatment facilities were built, and those enterprises producing scattered wastewater were required strictly to transfer their scattered wastewater for centralized treatment. In this paper, a comprehensive investigation on transfer and disposal of scattered wastewater in Dongguan has been carried out. Management countermeasures have been put forward for effectively solving the problem of scattered wastewater treatment in Dongguan.
