平板玻璃行业大气污染防治对策之研究

摘要 平板玻璃行业的大气污染防治技术在使用过程中,会因为余热锅炉而形成积灰结垢,布袋除尘器容易出现清灰困难的情况,高温静电除尘方式经常会出现短路,换火操作造成二氧化硫和氮氧化物超标排放,催化剂堵塞等问题,虽然有多种方式来进行除尘、脱硫和脱硝,可是依然有很多问题存在,使烟气浓度无法实现稳定达标排放。本文综合这一行业中大气环境污染防治工作的开展,基于理论与实践提出了有效的污染管控措施,以满足本行业的稳定发展。 In the process of using the air pollution prevention technology of the flat glass industry, the dust and scale will form due to the waste heat boiler. The bag dust collector is prone to the difficulty of cleaning dust. The high temperature electrostatic dust removal method often has a short circuit, resulting in the fire operation. Sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides exceed the standard discharge, catalyst blockage and other issues, although there are many ways to carry out dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification, but there are still many problems, so that the smoke concentration can not achieve stable discharge standards. Integrate the prevention and control of atmospheric environmental pollution in this industry, and propose effective pollution control measures based on theory and practice to meet the stable development of the industry.
