摘要
通过一步法合成了乙酰丙酮镧化合物,采用EI、IR、XRD对该化合物进行了表征,并对其稀土含量进行了测定;同时将乙酰丙酮镧与硬脂酸锌、水滑石及抗氧剂复配得到了PVC用乙酰丙酮镧复合热稳定剂,并通过烘箱老化实验、转矩流变实验及刚果红实验考察其对PVC热稳定性能的影响。结果表明,180℃的烘箱老化35 min不变黑,动态流变稳定时间为10.8 min,180℃刚果红时间为25.2 min,热稳定性能及加工性能优于普通钙锌稳定剂,具有市场应用前景。
In this paper, ethylene acetone lanthanum was synthesized by one-step method and characterized by IR, XRD and rare earth content analysis. At the same time, lanthanum acetylacetonate composite stabilizer for PVC was prepared by mixing lanthanum acetylacetonate with zinc stearate, hydrotalcite and antioxidant. Effect of the stabilizer on thermal stability of PVC was investigated by Congo red experiment, oven aging test and torque rheological experiment. The results show that the oven aging time is more than 35 minutes at 180 ℃, the dynamic rheology stabilization time is 10.8 minutes, Congo red tist result is 25.2 minutes at 180 ℃, and the thermal stability and processing performance are better than the ordinary Ca/Zn stabilizer.
