摘要
氨基酸是生物酶、蛋白质的结构组成单元,是一种无毒、无污染的生物配体,与稀土离子结合形成多样化状态的稀土氨基酸配合物。稀土氨基酸配合物已在很多的研究领域里受到关注,应用比较广泛。本文查阅了2000年以来的有关氨基酸系列稀土配合物研究的文献资料。介绍了温度、pH、反应介质、反应时间等因素对合成配合物的影响。总结了典型的几种氨基酸类稀土配合物的合成及表征方法。重点叙述氨基酸系列稀土配合物的实际应用。
Amino acid is a structural component of biological enzymes and proteins, and is a non-toxic, non-polluting biological ligand. It can reacts with rare earth ions to form diversified rare earth amino acid complexes. Rare earth amino acid complexes have attracted great attention in many research fields and have been widely used in recent years. In this paper, we have reviewed the literature on the study of rare earth complexes of amino acid series since 2000. The effects of factors such as temperature, pH, reaction medium and reaction time on the synthetic complexes are introduced. The synthesis methods and characterization methods in typical rare earth complexes of amino acids are summarized. The application of amino acid series rare earth complexes in practice is briefly described.
