基于电建行业的档案管理信息系统的设计与实现

国有电力建设企业一般都有几十年的成立史,形成的各种载体形式的企业档案资料越来越多。档案资料不仅仅是企业相关重要活动的一个历史记载,更是企业宝贵的资源和财富,是管理决策和生产经营的基础,是维护企业合法权益的重要凭证。因此档案管理在企业管理中具有举足轻重的地位。传统的档案管理方法已不能适应企业的高速发展,为了提高档案资料管理效率和水平、提升档案信息资源的开发和利用价值,必须要建立高效的档案管理信息系统。针对电建企业的档案管理需求,基于ASP.Net技术的B/S体系结构,设计开发了一种Web版的档案管理信息系统。档案管理员利用该系统能更加高效地收集、归档、管理、维护档案资料,企业相关人员能更加高效的查询档案资料,提高了档案资源利用率。

Archives is not only a historical record of important activities related to enterprises, it is also a valuable resource and wealth of enterprises, a basis for management decision-making and production and management, and an important evidence for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises. Therefore, archives management plays an important role in enterprise management. The traditional archives management method cannot adapt to the rapid development of enterprises. In order to improve the efficiency and level of archives data management and enhance the development and utilization value of archive information resources, it is necessary to establish an efficient archives management information system. According to the archives management requirements of the power construction enterprise, based on the B/S architecture of ASP.Net technology, a Web version of the archives management information system was designed and developed. The archives administrator can use the system to collect, archive, manage and maintain archives more efficiently. The relevant personnel of the enterprise can query the archives more efficiently and improve the utilization of archive resources.
