为了实现对电子档案、用户以及日志的管理,选用MySQL数据库设计了文件表和档案表等多个数据表;使用Shiro框架技术,完成了管理员登录,经过SpringMVC框架技术,完成了档案文件的上传与下载,通过ShareSDK技术,实现了分享功能;本网站经过反复测试与试用,在网站功能方面,基本上满足了我国家庭档案“Anytime,Anywhere,Anyone”的网络化管理需求。

In order to realize the management of electronic files, users and logs, MySQL database is selected to design several data tables such as file table and archive table. Shiro framework technology is adopted to realize administrator login, Through Spring MVC framework technology, the upload and download of archives are completed, and Share SDK technology is adopted to realize sharing function. After repeated tests and trials, the website basically meets the network management requirements of our country's family file "Anytime, Anywhere, Anyone" in terms of website functions.
