Industrie 4.0 is becoming an important driving force for the upgrading of manufacturing industry. How to introduce industrial 4.0 into small and medium-sized enterprises in China has also become the key to the upgrading of manufacturing industry in China. This paper takes Beijing West Industry Fangshan Plant as an example, referring to the Guideline Industrie 4.0, to discuss the steps and methods of introducing industrie 4.0 into small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
