摘要
为了对高可靠、长寿命的电子产品的可靠性指标进行快速评价,提出了一种基于故障物理和应力分析相结合来确定电子产品整机的加速因子的方法,并将其运用在了某航天产品的可靠性评价中。该方法对其他电子产品的可靠性加速试验工作具有一定的指导意义。
In order to evaluate the reliability index of high reliability and long life electronic products rapidly, a method to determine the acceleration factor of the whole electronic products based on the combination of fault physics and stress analysis is proposed. And it is applied to the evaluation of the reliability index of an aerospace product. This method has certain guiding significance to the reliability accelerated test of other electronic products.
