摘要
研究了户外有机涂层实验室加速模拟试验的过程中,多种环境因素综合或组合作用产生的影响效应。基于热带海洋环境条件特点,设计了一种太阳辐射、高温、湿度和盐雾综合作用的多因素实验室加速模拟试验方法,并采用装备典型的户外有机涂层开展了实验室多因素试验、单因素试验和自然大气暴露试验,X朽式验结果进行了对比分析&结果表明,多因素试验条件下由于综合环境因素的参入,试验结果的规律性、相关性和加速倍率等方面比单因素条件下更显著,试验结果与自然环境试验结果的相关性更高。
The effects of the synthesis or combination of multiple environmental factors in the process of laboratory accelerated simulation test of outdoor organic coatings are studied. A multi-factor laboratory accelerated simulation test method for the comprehensive action of solar radiation,high temperature,humidity and salt spray is designed, and the laboratory multi-factor test, single factor test and natural atmosphere exposure test are carried out by using typical outdoor organic coatings of equipment, and the experimental results are compared and analyzed. The results show that under the condition of multi-factor test, the regularity, correlation and acceleration rate of the test results are more significant than those under the condition of single factor because of the participation of the comprehensive environmental factors, and the test results are more correlated with the results of the natural environment test.
