摘要
针对工程中无法定量地评估可靠性强化试验的提升效果的问题,提出了一种基于强化试验获得的产品应力裕度和首发故障时间信息的提升效果数理评价模型,并举例说明了该方法的可行性,为工程中通过强化试验来定量地评价装备的可靠性提供了一定的参考。
In order to solve the problem that the improvement effect of reliability enhancement test can not be quantitatively evaluated in engineering, a mathematical evaluation model of improvement effect based on product stress margin and initial failure time information obtained through enhancement test is proposed. And an example is given to illustrate the feasibility of this method,which provides a certain reference for quantitatively evaluating the reliability of equipment through enhancement test in engineering.
