摘要 基于STM32F103ZET6高性能ARM单片机,通过采用串口通信、LABVIEW上位机编程等技术,设计了一套完整的智能通断电控制装置,并详细地介绍了其硬件电路、嵌入式单片机程序和PC端上位机软件的设计方法。该装置能够完全满足汽车电子产品对于可靠性与环境试验过程中所需的通断电要求,而且能够对样品的通断电情况进行实时监控,此外可同时提供8路独立的输出通道,极大地提高了试验效率,具有较高的实用性. Based on the STM32F103ZET6 high-performance ARM single-chip computer, a complete set of intelligent power-on-off control device is designed by adopting the technology of serial port communication and LABUIEW upper computer programming. And the design methods of its handware circuit, embedded single-chip computer program and upper computer software at PC end are introduced in detail. The device can fully meet the power-on-off requirements of automotive electronic products in the process of reliability and environmental test, and can monitor and control the power-on-off of the sample in real-time. In addition, it can provide 8 independent output channels at the same time, so it greatly improves the efficiency of the test and has high practicability.
